We support worldwide coffee education thanks to the Coffee Guide written to be used by growers, processors, traders, exporters, coffee associations and people involved in transport, finance, quality control, certification and other sectors related to coffee in producing countries. The Spanish version received voluntary technical support from over 100 coffee personalities, organizations and companies. The Coffee Guide has been used as a resource in many seminars and workshops organized by ITC.
