Fernando Cordero Natural Thermal Fermentation is grown by Fernando Cordero at 1 780 meters above the sea level. After being handpicked, the cherries are fermented thermally in steel tanks and dried on patios in a greenhouse, resulting in a rich coffee with a lovely chocolate taste and nougat notes.
