Objective
As Account manager, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the world of green coffee from A to Z. You’ll support the sales team and gradually build your own customer base in the Benelux and Northern France.
Your responsibilities:

- Actively contact (potential) customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Northern France
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer files
- Assist in analyzing market prices and trends
- Assist in analyzing inventory positions
- Advise customers on the quality of various coffees through tastings and basic quality analysis
- Support senior account managers and traders in daily activities and customer management
- Help expand the customer base in Europe
- Eventually evolution into a trading role, involving purchasing of batches of green coffee and performing futures market transactions (hedging) might be a possibility
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics or commerce
- You have a first experience in B2B sales
- You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English
- You have a strong interest in sales and coffee
- You are eager to learn, independent, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- You work accurately and are customer-focused
- You are interested in international trade or logistics
