Chanta Peña

Chanta Peña is grown in the San Ignacio province in Peru at an altitude ranging from 1400 to 1600 meters. After being carefully handpicked, the beans are set to dry covered on African beds and patios for 25 to 32 days, thus giving the coffee both a smooth almond and chocolate taste with a floral aftertaste.
