Typically, producers cultivate coffee on a limited expanse intermingled with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans. They meticulously harvest and sort cherries prior to depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee through their own micro-mills. The cup will have notes of almond and chocolate.
