Finca El Gobiado Natural Orange Bourbon

El Salvadór: Apaneca-llamatepec

Finca El Gobiado Natural Orange Bourbon is grown in the region of Ahuachapán, in El Salvadór by the Fernando Alfaro and his family, at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1350 meters above the sea level. Once harvested, the cherries are processed naturally and sealed in bags for 5 days. After 5 days of fermentation, the cherries are laid to dry on African beds and clay patios for 15-30 days, giving the coffee a zesty notes of orange peel and a sweetly rich tropical fruit-like flavor.
