Banko Gotiti is grown in the region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia by a multitude of coffee growing families at altitude ranging from 2200 to 2500 meters above the sea level. Once harvested, the cherries are washed and dried, resulting in a coffee with a sweet floral taste and a coffee blossom aroma.
