Gargari Gutity Natural
Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe
Gargari Gutity Natural is grown in the region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia by over 3500 local farmers at 1983 meters above the sea level. After being hand-picked, the fully riped cherries are dried for 25 days on African beds, with the farmers covering them when the sun gets too bright. This process gives the coffee a caramel taste and a dried fruit-like aroma.
