Koke Shalaye Natural
Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe
Koke Shalaye Natural is grown in Gediyo, Koke, in the region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia by over local farmers at 1972 meters above the sea level. After being hand-picked, the fully riped cherries are dried for 10 to 15 days on African beds, with the farmers covering them when the sun gets too bright. This process gives the coffee a floral taste and strawberry-like notes.
