Daterra Low Caf
Brazil: Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais Region
Daterra, meaning “From the earth”, is a well-known coffee grower and exporter from Brazil. Located in the Cerrado region, they benefit from perfect conditions for arabicas with a steady climate, dry-fresh winters and warm-wet summers. Since 1976, Daterra is focusing on high quality coffees, associating sustainability with advanced technology. Cherries undergo an aerobic honey and anaerobic process that gives the coffee complexity, floral and tea-like notes. The two varietals used, Aramosa and Laurina, contain less caffeine and this coffee is considered as low caffeinated.
