El Tesoro Washed
Guatemala: Huehuetenango
El Tesoro Washed is grown in Huehuetenango, at an altitude ranging from 1 700 to 2 000 meters above the sea level by Riner Villatoro. After being handpicked, the cherries depulped and placed in tanks for 24 hours then set to dry on raised beds in fully shaded conditions. This process gives El Tesoro Washed a delicate chocolaty body and stone fruit-like notes.
