Fazenda Dutras Catucai 785 is a special varietal grown by two brothers, Walter and Ednilson Dutras, at 1100 meters above the sea level. After being carefully handpicked and pulped, the beans are then dried on African beds for 12 days, thus giving the coffee a sweet taste with fruity notes.
