This coffee is cultivated in Macuelizo in Nicaragua, at an altitude between 1 300 and 1 500 meters by Martha Lucía Albir Sotomayor. After harvest, the beans are floated, dry pulped, fermented naturally for 24 hours then set to dry on shaded patios. This process results in an warm chocolate taste and sweet almond notes.
