El Salvadór: Ahuachapán

Finca El Gobiado Anaerobic Orange Bourbon is grown in the region of Ahuachapán, in El Salvadór by the Fernando Alfaro and his family, at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1350 meters above the sea level. Once harvested, the cherries go through an anaerobic fermentation in in airtight bags for up to 3 days, before being dried on African beds and clay patios for up to 30 days, giving the coffee a tropical fruits and oragne notes.
