Finca El Salitre Natural is grown by Johnny Alvarado Fonesca at an altitude ranging from 1 700 to 2 000 meters. After being carefully handpicked, the cherries are immediately placed to dry on patios, resulting in a complex coffee with a licorice taste, papaya notes and a savory red fruit aroma.
