Finca Las Lajas Black Honey is grown by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1500 meters above the sea level. After being carefully picked, the beans are left with their mucilage as intact as possible to dry on African beds under the shade. This meticulous process gives the beans notes of black currants and an entrancing wine-like aroma.
