Finca Las Lajas Perla Negra Natural is grown by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1500 meters above the sea level. After being carefully picked, the beans are naturally processed for 5 to 6 weeks before being dried on raised beds under the shade. This meticulous process gives the beans ripe notes of cherries and a splendid tea-like taste.
