Ethiopia: Guji

 This coffee comes from approximately 450 farmers who deliver to the Gogogou Washing Station in Guji region. The washing station collects this natural coffee from producers at an altitude of over 2000m. Once the coffee arrives at the station, it is sorted for 2 days and then dried for 12 to 15 days. This natural Guji offers a fruity cup with peach and floral notes.
