Konga Amederaro Natural
Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe
Konga Natural is grown in Amederaro in the region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia by over local farmers at almost 2000 meters above the sea level. After being hand-picked, the fully riped cherries are dried for 10 to 15 days on African beds, with the farmers covering them when the sun gets too bright, giving the coffee a delicate rose aroma and a light yellow-fruit like taste.
