Urabeast Washed Anaerobic
Ethiopia: Guji
Urabeast washed anaerobic is grown in the region of Guji in Ethiopia by over local farmers at 1980-2300 meters above the sea level. It is a 74110 & 74112 heirloom varietal fermented in a sealed tank for 36–72 hours after being pulped, resulting in a clean, bright cup with notes of jasmine, citrus, and stone fruit.
