Since the owner is interested in maintaining the natural ecosystem of the region, native trees, vegetation and natural barriers are planted and maintained along the sides of rivers and farm roads. This helps to control and reduce erosion. At the same time it preserves local wildlife and flora.

Up to now, already five generations committed themselves to the coffee activity, a legacy of tradition, honor and social welfare.
Furthermore, Santa Anita is the first carbon neutral plantation in Latin America thanks to the installation of 200 solar panels on-site.

This Rainforest Alliance coffee is characterized by an intense fragrance with a pronounced acidity, a full body with chocolate notes, and a mild aftertaste with pleasant berry notes.
