The Q Arabica Grader course in its version 4.2 consists of two complementary parts. The first is a 3-day theory and the second part is dedicated to a series of exams including retakes. There are a total of 20 different exams taken during the course. The purpose of the exams is to evaluate the cuppers’ ability to evaluate specialty coffees. Students who pass the 20 exams during the week will receive a Q Grader certificate, valid for 3 years.
