Burundi: Bururi

Cangwe is grown in the Bururi region in the south of Burundi at 1600 meters above the sea level in a volcanic soil. After being handpicked, the cherries are fully washed and carefully sorted then dried  on African beds. Very clean profile with citrus, floral and honey notes.
