Bona Zuria Anaerobic

Ethiopia: Sidamo

Bona Zuria Anaerobic is grown in the region of Sidamo in Ethiopia by a local farmers at altitude ranging from 2130 to 2350 meters above the sea level. Once harvested by hand, the cherries are inspected and only the ripest cherries undergo an anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a coffee with a zesty orange taste and a ripe tropical fruit-like flavor.
