Beyou Gersay Washed

Beyou Gersay washing station in Yirgacheffe coffee region, Gediyo zone at 14 km from Yrgacheffe town. The washing station sits at 2,150 masl. After being hand-picked, the fully riped cherries are sorted in a flotation tank, fermented and dried for 27 days on African beds under the shade, giving the coffee a tea-like aroma and a delicious floral taste.
