AA Top Gichathaini
Kenya: Central Province
AA Top Gichathaini is grown by 1 045 farmers at an altitude ranging from 1 600 – 1 900 meters above the sea level. After being handpicked, the cherries washed and fermented in cement tanks before being set to dry on raised beds at the mill. This process results in a coffee with a sugary marzipan taste, a sweet almond aroma and delightful tomato notes.
