Finca San Isidro Typica Anaerobic is grown in the district of Tarrazú in Costa Rica by a father-son team, Johel and Mathias Monge, at an altitude of 1765 meters above the sea level. After being harvested, the beans are dried on African beds for 20 to 30 days, thus giving the coffee floral and red fruits aromas.
