This project's objective is to expand the climate-friendly initiative in major coffee producing countries in Central America by piloting implementation of adaptation and mitigation practices in model farms and groups.

This Rainforest Alliance coffee is characterized by an intense fragrance with a pronounced acidity, a full body with chocolate notes, and a mild aftertaste with pleasant berry notes. Since the owner is interested in maintaining the natural ecosystem of the region, native trees, vegetation and natural barriers are planted and maintained along the sides of rivers and farm roads.
