 This lot originates from modest holdings and indigenous individuals who adhere to organic farming practices deeply rooted in their cultural ties to the land. Typically, producers cultivate coffee on a limited expanse intermingled with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans. They meticulously harvest and sort cherries prior to depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee through their own micro-mills. The cup will have notes of almond and chocolate.
