They grow their coffee on smallholdings, integrating shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans to enhance biodiversity and improve soil health. Each cherry is hand-picked, carefully sorted, and processed on-site in micro-mills, where depulping, fermentation, washing, and drying are executed with meticulous care to ensure the highest quality.
