Black Diamond is grown on the Fazenda Vista Alegre farm. Grown over 1 000 meters above the sea level by Mrs. Harumi Shimada, the daughter of a Japanese immigrant, Black Diamond has a rich body, a mild acidity, dark chocolate taste, an almond-like flavor and nutty aftertaste.
