Daterra Summer Solstice

 Daterra, meaning “From the earth”, is a well-known coffee grower and exporter from Brazil. Located in the Cerrado region, they benefit from perfect conditions for arabicas with a steady climate, dry-fresh winters and warm-wet summers. Since 1976, Daterra is focusing on high quality coffees, associating sustainability with advanced technology. The cherries are harvest directly from the trees after drying on the branches then set to dry on patios and then finished in drum driers, resulting in a coffee with a velvety body, strawberry taste and a sparkling lactic acidity.
