Finca El Gobiado Natural Orange Bourbon is grown in the region of Ahuachapán, in El Salvadór by the Fernando Alfaro and his family, at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1350 meters above the sea level. Once harvested, the cherries are processed naturally and laid to dry on African beds and clay patios for 25-32 days, giving the coffee a zesty notes of pink fruits and a sweetly rich tropical fruit-like flavor.
