Finca El Salitre Anaerobic is grown by Johnny Alvarado Fonesca at an altitude ranging from 1 700 to 2 000 meters. After being carefully handpicked, the beans are matured in sealed containers, which facilitate the growth of distinct microbial species due to their low-oxygen environment is established and then dried for 15-20 days. This process results in a complex coffee with rich spicy notes and a decadent mango taste.
