Finca Las Lajas Yellow Honey

Finca Las Lajas Yellow Honey is grown by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1500 meters above the sea level. After being carefully picked, the beans are dried under the shade with half of their mucilage intact, thus giving the beans sugary notes of honey and a refined citrus aroma.
