Finca San Isidro Anaerobic
Costa Rica: Tarrazú
Finca San Isidro is grown in the district of Tarrazú in Costa Rica by a father-son team, Johel and Mathias Monge, at an altitude of 1765 meters above the sea level. After being harvested, the beans are fermented in sealed tanks and dried on patios for 15 to 20 days, thus giving the coffee a delicate floral aroma and lively pink fruit notes.
