San Isidro Natural is grown by Mathias and Johel Monge at 1765 meters with water from a natural source. After being carefully handpicked, the beans are matured on patios for 6 months and then dried for 15-20 days. This process results in a complex coffee with rich tropical fruit-like notes as well as a red berry like aroma.
