Berra Xaddicho

Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe

Berra Xadicho is grown in Dale in the region of Sidama in Ethiopia by over local farmers at 1 900 to 2 000 meters above the sea level and washed at Abate Kisho’s station. After being hand-picked, the fully riped cherries are sorted in a flotation tank, fermented and dried for 10 to 15 days on African beds under the shade, giving the coffee a tea-like aroma and a delicious sugary taste.
