Gashoho Lot 11

Gashoho Lot 11 is grown in the Gitanga commune at 1800 meters above the sea level in a volcanic soil. After being handpicked, the cherries are sun-dried whole on African beds for up to 45 days, thus giving the coffee both sweet caramel and smooth red fruit-like notes.
