Hewa

Kenya: Nyeri County

Hewa is grown by several small farmers in a red volcanic soil at an altitude ranging from 1600 to 2200 meters. After being carefully handpicked, the beans are sundried at the wet mill, resulting in giving the beans strong aromas of black currents, delicate floral notes balanced by a sharp citric taste.
