PURPOSE

• Reduce environmental pollution by decreasing water consumption originating from coffee processing
• Improve the health of the local communities
• Facilitate processing of a large amount of cherries by alleviating the shortage of a soak tank during the peak harvest season
• Maximize efficiency by reducing time of processing and producing a large amount of coffee cherries.
