 Daterra, meaning “From the earth”, is a well-known coffee grower and exporter from Brazil. Located in the Cerrado region, they benefit from perfect conditions for arabicas with a steady climate, dry-fresh winters and warm-wet summers. Since 1976, Daterra is focusing on high quality coffees, associating sustainability with advanced technology. After being harvested, the beans are pulped naturally and set to dry on a patio and in a drum dryer, thus giving the coffee a warm caramel body with some citric notes.
