Atitlan Pasajquim Kape is grown by a cooperative of producers in the municipality of Sololá at an altitude ranging from 1200 to 1400 meters. After being handpicked, the beans are sun dried on concrete patios, thus giving the coffee sweet fruity notes and a warm chocolaty aroma.
