Bochessa Malelco
Ethiopia: Yirgacheffe
Bochessa Maleko is grown near the Rumudamo village in the region of Sidama in Ethiopia by over local farmers at more than 2 350 meters above the sea level and washed at Tsegab Ayele’s station. After being hand-picked, the fully riped cherries are fermented, washed and dried for 10 to 12 days on African beds under the shade, giving the coffee a tea-like aroma and a light floral taste.
