Costa Rica: Tarrazu

Cordillera de Fuego is grown by Don Luis Campos at an altitude ranging from 1 700 to 2 000 meters above the sea level. After being handpicked, the cherries are depulped in tanks for 24 hours and then set to dry on patios under the shade, resulting in a rich coffee with a lovely chocolate taste and almonds notes.
