Finca El Recuerdo is grown in the district of Huehuetenango in Guatemala by Epifanio Castillo Sr. and his son, Epifanio Castillo Jr., at 1920 meters above the sea level. After being harvested, the beans are washed and dried mechanically, thus giving the coffee a honeyed flavor and rich tropical fruit-like taste.
