This coffee is cultivated in Macuelizo in Nicaragua, at an altitude between 1 200 and 1 700 meters. The producers carefully picked the most ripe cherries only in order to get the most fruity and sweet cup possible. After harvest the cherries are dries on patio for 15-30 days. Expect tropical fruits flavours and a winey body.
