Finca Las Lajas Red Honey

Finca Las Lajas Red Honey is grown by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at an altitude ranging from 1300 to 1500 meters above the sea level. After being carefully picked, the beans are dried under the shade with over 80% of their mucilage intact, thus giving the beans sugary notes of caramel and a lush strawberry taste.
