La Cristalina

Columbia: Huila

La Cristalina is grown in the district of Huila in Columbia by the ‘Grupo Asociacion Palestina’ which consists of 8 partners and 50 simple coffee growing families at an altitude ranging from 1650 to 1800 meters above the sea level. After being harvested, the beans are processed naturally, thus giving the coffee a winey body and a delicate fruit-like aroma.
