This specific coffee is called Tanzania “Tumaini”, meaning “HOPE” in Kiswahili. It is produced by APK, a business owned by a family group with deep roots in Colombia under the leadership of Alejandro Galante, which makes APK uniquely Tanzanian with a Colombian feel. This coffee has a balanced cup, fine acidity, milk chocolate body with fruity flavors, berry and tobacco notes, bright sweetness and rounded with smooth finish.
