Inzahabu Mukingiro is grown in the Muyinga region at an altitude of 1720 meters. After being carefully handpicked, the cherries are sundried whole on African beds for a period of 10 to 14 days, resulting in a coffee with a creamy body as well as aromatic ripe fruit notes.
